Shipping policy

How we ship
All Dark Definitions products are printed on demand via Printify and shipped directly from the print provider. We do not hold stock. Every order is made specifically for you.

UK delivery
Production time: 3–7 business days.
Shipping time: 3–5 business days after despatch.
Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from order date.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked service.

International delivery
We can ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. As a guide:
Europe: 7–14 business days.
USA and Canada: 7–14 business days.
Rest of world: 10–20 business days.
International orders may be subject to local customs charges and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been despatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Estimated times are not guaranteed. During busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays) please allow extra time. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of despatch, please contact us via the Contact page and we will investigate.
