Refund policy

Print on demand — made to order
All Dark Definitions products are printed on demand and made specifically when you place your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been worn or washed. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.


Refunds
If your item arrives faulty or damaged and a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us via the Contact page.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unprinted condition. As all our products are printed on demand, this right applies only before printing has commenced.
